It's Dahvie Vanity from the band Blood on the Dancefloor. My friend says that he looks like Bill Kaulitz when he had his lion mane hair. Does he really look like Bill with his lion mane hair? You can decide but I'm not getting involved. I'm just posting this pic. I don't own this pic nor did I take it. I got it from Photobucket.
